The Reds Hall of Fame and Museum and City Gospel Mission in a joint effort to "Remember Crosley Field" are launching a brick campaign to support the creation and installation of historical markers in which to commemorate the site of Crosley Field, home of the Reds from 1912 to 1970.
Your generous donation will include your personalized brick dedicated in memory of Crosley Field and Reds baseball history. It will become a lasting part of a past era residing at the City Gospel Mission building on the corner of Dalton and Findlay, which is the approximate location to the first base dugout of Crosley Field and grandstand. A replica of your memorial brick is included as a keepsake collectible for your home or office along with a Certificate of Authenticity recognizing your brick located at this historic site.
Help us remember the past and pave the way for future generations with historic markers like the lights at Crosley Field when the Cincinnati Reds beat the Philadelphia Phillies 2-1 at night in 1935, Major League Baseball's first-ever night game! Preserving our baseball heritage and supporting our community through charitable organizations like the City Gospel Mission and the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is a win for Cincinnati!
This fundraising campaign includes a limited number of bricks at this historic first base dugout site, and each donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law through the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum, a 501 (c)(3) organization.
